The Paris Chair
The Paris Chair, designed by Arne Jacobsen at the age of 23, was awarded silver medal at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1925.
Handcrafted according to the original 1925 design, the Paris Chair is made of natural rattan on a solid frame of cane.
Cushions for the Paris Chair are available in cotton fabric from Maharam/Kvadrat. The cushion is created in three partitions of down, each with separate zippers. The Teflon treated cotton from Maharam/Kvadrat is washable as well as water and dirt resistant. |

Cane Chair AJ 235
Handcrafted according to the original 1930 design, the Cane Chair AJ 235 is made of solid rattan cane. The bindings are made of lazio (a strong and very flexible natural fiber).
The Cane Chair AJ 235 is very rare. This chair was reconstructed based entirely on an old drawing and a photo from an old advertisement.
Another famous Danish designer Poul Henningsen said about the chair: ”This chair is very difficult to make and maybe it is too much for the poor basket maker”. We are proud of our acheivement! |

Cane Chair AJ 236
This chair was designed around 1932 in the same materials as AJ 235. The chair was unkown to the public until we reconstructed it in 2002 derived from the only two original chairs known to exist. The chair is slightly smaller than AJ 235 and the back is a little more upright. The chair is a true masterpiece made of cane! |

The Charlottenborg Chair
Recreated according to the original 1937 design, the chair is handcrafted using solid rattan cane. The bindings and the soft seat are hand woven of lazio (a strong and very flexible natural flat fiber).
The chair was first displayed at the ”Spring Exhibition” in the Charlottenborg building in Denmark in 1937.
The distance from the seat to the floor has been increased to accommodate the growth in stature since 1937. |
